Refund & Cancellation Policy

Simple version: cancel anytime, keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing portal (sign in with the email you used at checkout). Your subscription stops renewing and Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We don't provide refunds or credits for partial months. If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, email nobleventurelabs+tipsplit@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll refund it.

Changing locations

You can add or remove locations in the billing portal. Changes are prorated automatically on your next invoice.
